Serves as the executive head and principal spokesperson for the reunion association. Calls family business sessions and oversees committee chairs.
Vice President
Aids the President in all executive functions, chairs designated subcommittees, and succeeds in the event of vacancy or absence.
Treasurer
Maintains the family checkbook, collects dues, issues verified receipts, reconciles bank statements, and prepares financial reports.
Secretary
Records minutes of all committee sessions and business assemblies, maintains the Living Handbook, and coordinates change requests.
Historian
Preserves ancestral documents, leads oral history recording projects, verifies tree corrections, and safeguards memorial records.
Host / Event Director
Leads on-the-ground reunion preparations in the host city: hotel block selection, park pavilions, banquet meals, and local excursions.
Registration & Records Coordinator
Maintains household attendance rosters, issues attendee badges, tracks participant fee bands, and checks in arrivals.
Communications Lead
Coordinates the monthly family call notices, disseminates updates, manages family correspondence, and monitors website inquiries.
